Delivery & Returns
All products features in our stores are made to order, so it may take up to 1-2 weeks before they are ready to be shipped.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, your items will be carefully packaged in a durable postage box.
Your orders will be shipped with tracking number via standard post at a flat rate of $8.45 per order and express post at a flat rate of $12.45 per order.
All domestic deliveries are made by Australia Post. Delivery times are usually between 1-4 business days (Monday - Friday excluding public holidays) from time of shipment. However, please allow up to 5-10 working days depending on the delivery address.
** Please note that free shipping option is only available to Australia order that meet the minimum purchase requirement.
For all international orders, there's 2 options for your orders to be shipped either Standard Parcel Post with tracking number or Economy Air with No tracking. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically during checkout. International parcel usually takes 10-21 business days from time of shipment. Please contact us if you need further information regarding shipping costs.
**Please note that we do not take responsibility for parcels that are lost in transit.
We also undertake to exchange any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within 10 days of purchase however we will not provide any refund of such purchase. If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk.
1) If an item is faulty, a full refund or exchange will be fulfilled. We will cover the cost of the return postage.
2) In the case of exchanges for different sizes, the buyer will be liable for the postage of the return both ways.
3) All claims must be made within 10 days from the day the item is delivered to you.
4) All merchandise must be unused and be in the same condition as delivered with all the original packaging intact.
5) The exchange will be processed once we have received the merchandise and all the conditions above are met.
*We do not provide refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" orders.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT:
- To cancel any order, at which time you will be notified immediately via e-mail, using the details provided. All monies will be refunded using the original method received.
- That all orders are subject to availability of stock.
